Dear friend, a few observations for the proposed train:
(1) BSP does not have enough paxs for premium ACIII train like HS with flexifare system. The occupancy is going to be very low.
(2) Chattisgarh region is not well connected to IND, the financial capital of MP. Major population centres like Raipur, Bhilai, Durg, RJN are not at all connected with IND although BSP have daily connectivity through a relatively slower express train. So the train have to touch upon Raipur, Bhilai, Durg.
(3)...
more... The route chosen is slower, longer and have low traffic potential, so the chosen route have to be BSP-R-DURG-NGP-BPL/HBJ-IND, NGP is a trump card for this route as it presently have only three weekly connections with INDB and have good traffic potential.
(4) Since Daily SF/Express connectivity is not there, it is always advisable to have a SF rather than a restricted train like HS which offer only ACIII and that too with flexifare. A fast train with good priority can give triweekly service on the route with a single rake and shall be sure shot success.
