HS concept is good Vinay sir, problem is, just like everything else by central govt, in its implementation.
A superfast HS can generate profits like anything: entire rake is 3A, so everything inside can be standardized, the rake is air conditioned so less train resistance at high speeds and rakes are HOG which is very efficient and thus wastes less energy in loco.
