Thank you so much for your reply. Got many insights from it.

I have posted my above questions on a youtube video's comments section which is Mr. Namjoshi's interview by a local railway reporter. click here

see if I get any answers from the channel's owner.
Fun Fact: One of the comments in the same video says anyone can meet Mr. Namjoshi in Sumitra Mahajan's office between 12 and 2 pm on working days. This denotes how closely he works with her.

Reply from the youtube channel owner-

Agree. It was because of him only INDB get these many trains from 2014-19. But they didn't think of the demand and proper infra and slot issues. Resulting in underperforming trains like both Humsafars, KURJ Express (PRYJ came for its rescue though), Both Mahamana, Kashi Mahakal etc. Now he is demanding the extension of Amarkantak Express, little did he know that ot gets full from Bhop itself and has huge rush. But he wants it just for having the Raipur connection daily but he doesn't know that their is already a demand to start a new train similar to Amarkantak. He can demand to start a new SF train between INDB and BSP via BPL ET MML NIR BTC R so that Indore gets its train and demand of extra train between BPL,JBP and R gets fulfilled too.

to be honest the kind of ridiculous schedule the puri indore humsafar had it was bound to fail and the route of LPI humsafar is convoluted one. To be frank a good superfast is indeed needed from indore to chattisgad but that should not be at the expense of amarkantak. They should make both the weekly indore nagpur trains as triweekly and extend to durg

Yes that is the exact same thing that I am trying to say here that Sumitra Tai and Nagesh Namjoshi Ji never care about the type of demand and availability of slots for trains they just demanded trains and make them approved by hook or crook that leads to these poorly time tabled or bad route trains. They were so high on ego that they never considered the technical limitations of some of the demands like Amarkantak, Nanda Devi, Chambal etc they just ask for extension as if Indore has 20 platforms and 6 main lines in its vicinity. The only good trains I can remeber Indore got in those times are Indb-Kcvl, Indb-Uhp, Indb-Ypr and Indb-Dee. Rest all trains are very under performing. I know that Indore needs a train to Raipur but for that asking the extension of Amarkantak is just ignorance towards the passenger of Bhopal. For that...

the best that we can do is introduce a new Superfast train between Indore/Dadn-BSP via BPL,ET,MML,NIR,BTC,G,R it will be very successful and can cover so many demands in 1 go
Indore to Raipur connection along with MML-NIR-BTC section to Bhopal as well as Indore, no need of separate trains for this section which is in demand right now.
It will act as alternative of Amarkantak and Narmada for passengers of Bpl-Jbp sectionand will shed down some load from these trains, and for saving time for 3 LRs IR can operate this with Push-Pull arrangement this will also benefit in covering the ghat/elevated sections of BPL-ET, MML-NIR-BTC too.

These days, every other day, we are getting requests from members to allow email login to their FB-based IRI account. 10 years ago, we had given the option for users to login through FaceBook - in retrospect, this was a mistake. These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
