Jab next generation ke youth senior level par pahuchenge tabhi neeche walo ko bhi sudhar payenge. Abhi jab wo khud khane me lage hain to neeche walo ko kis muh se rokenge
* Surrendering 11000 posts by an organisation with about 15lakhs sanctioned posts is not a big issue and it regularly happens in almost all govt organisations/PSUs.
* Normally unions make it a sensitive issue to put pressure on management & to increase their influence/control over the employees. There is no need for employees to worry as none of them are going to lose job.

Kuch na homa next generation alrdy pahuch rahi par system ke mare h wo bhi
to ye full proof work practice banane ka kaam kiska hai. IAS aur IRAS officers ka jo khud nahi chahte ki ye bane. 3 saal pehle lokpal act ke tahat saare group A/B officers ko apni property declare karni thi( movable / immovable dono ) aj date tak uska last date 6 - 6 mahina extend ho raha hai. Ab keh rahe hai ki form ke format me controversy hai. 3 saal me ye form ka format nahi bana paye jo ki 1 hafte ka kaam hai.
