Northeast and centre doesn't make sense. Geographically North East borders of India are much far from Central India. SECR exists because South East borders of mainland India are much close to Centre, otherwise it doesn't makes sense to have multiple division names within one Zone ( South-East-Central or the proposed North East Central)
