In response to past confusion with train/station updates and resulting arguments and controversies, the following clear and objective guidelines are being issued, with no room for arguments or debates. Also included are some changes regarding ratings.

1. All red ratings will require further explanation. Red ratings will no longer be anonymous. For green ratings, you may choose to provide specific ratings with your name or remain anonymous.

2. Regional languages.
2a. We will permit up to six regional languages per train based on the regional languages of both the source and destination stations.

2b. On the train page of IRI, we will display one of these regional languages, randomly selected from those entered in IRI.

3b. To determine a station's regional language, all languages listed on the actual station board (provide a picture of the station board as proof) will be the objective standard.

3. Station—junction vs. non-junction. If any of the station's station boards has the words "Station Junction," then "Junction" will be used as a suffix in IRI. If the station is a technical junction but does not have "Junction" on the station board, you may change the station type in IRI to Junction, but the station name itself will not include "Junction."

4. Train/station/loco pictures. Checkboxes will be removed. All station pictures must clearly show the train/station name. Regarding locomotives, the loco number and shed must be clearly visible.

Many may disagree with these changes. However, the main purpose is to establish a clear, objective standard and avoid arguments and controversies among TLMs and members. The changes will be implemented within the next day or two.

Pehle train/station updates se hui ghalatfehmiyon aur jhagdo-vivadon ke jawab mein, yah saaf aur nirpeksh guidelines jaari ki jaa rahi hain, jismein koi bhi bahas ya debate ki jagah nahin hai. Iske saath hi, ratings se jude kuch aur badlav bhi hain.

1. Saare red ratings ke liye zyada samjhayi zaruri hogi. Red ratings ab anonymous nahin rahenge. Green ratings ke liye, aap apna naam lekar specific ratings de sakte hain ya anonymous rahe sakte hain.

2. TB Kshetriy bhashaen.
2a. Ham kisi train ke liye 6 kshetriy bhashaon tak ki ijazat denge, woh bhi us train ke source aur destination stations dono ki kshetriy bhasha ke hisab se.

2b. IRI ke train page mein, inme se ek kshetriy bhasha dikhayi jayegi, jo IRI mein daal di gayi saari kshetriy bhashaon mein se bilkul random hogi.

3b. Kisi station ki kshetriy bhasha tay karne ke liye, us station board (bas SB ki photo proof ke tor par dikhao) mein likhi saari bhashaen hi nirpeksh maanadand hogi.

3. Station - Junction vs non-junction. Agar us station ke kisi bhi SB mein "Station Junction" likha hai, toh IRI mein bhi Junction suffix ke roop mein use kiya jayega. Agar woh station "technical junction" hai, lekin SB mein Junction likha nahin hai, toh aap IRI mein Station ka Type Junction kar sakte hain, lekin station ke naam mein Junction nahin ayega.

4. Train/Station/Loco tasveeren. Checkboxes hata diye jayenge. Saari station ki tasveeron mein train/station ka naam saaf saaf dikhna chahiye. Locos ke liye, loco number aur shed saaf dikhna chahiye.

Umeed hai ki kai log in badlavon se sahmati nahin rakhte honge. Lekin yahin ka mukhya maksad ek saaf nirpeksh maanadand rakhna hai, aur TLMs aur members mein jhagdo-vivadon se bachna hai. Yeh badlav agle ek-do din mein aa jayenge.
