It's based on demands of Jalgaon, Nashik and Kalyan- Cities of Maharashtra whose Capital is Mumbai itself.
Same way Bhubaneswar Rajdhani was diverted due to demands from Sambalpur, Chakradharpur, Jharsuguda and Rourkela- Cities of Odisha whose Capital is Bhubaneswar
Same is true for Ranchi Rajdhani to serve Chopan Lohardaga, Renukut- Cities of

Chopan and renukut are not cities of jharkhand, and even post diversion rajdhani skips LAD

But why Tata and Bksc?
Why not only Tata or Bksc. I don't Think so Bksc and Tata lie in Odisha? Can You a give a reason for it?
If Major City of the state other than captital won't lie on the route of State's capital is their the fault?
Look I don't have any Hatred for any of the Rajdhani..
Diverting AGTL Rajdhani via Mldt Bgp will have probably No Impact on Kir , Bju as they already have Well connection to Delhi
