However, the news rolling over is that for initial stage, NR in consultation with the security agencies deployed in valley, has decided to make svdk as the sole security interchange point for kasmir valley trains, on same lines with international trains departing from kolkata, dli and bgkt.

What was the need for two rakes for a 3-hour journey? The same rake could have done multiple round trips throughout the day.
