The current composition is 2 AC Chair Car, 11 2S and 2 DR. Total 15.
All 15 were passenger carrying coaches.
If 22 coaches JS is made to operate it will be 20 Passenger carrying coaches. I don't think there will be a increment of 5 coaches.

I think these trains won't have seperate guard. Upto how many coaches guard is not required?

🔹Halt at Molakalmuru will be eliminated for 18111/18112 - Tatanagar - Yeswantpur - Tatanagar Express according to this document. This is not good because Molakalmuru will lose weekly intercity train to Bengaluru
🔹After elimination of 18111/18112 and 56909/56910 halts at Molakalmuru then only 57451/57452 - Chikjajur - Guntakal Passenger will be the permanent train halting at this station which is not enough to cater a taluk HQ
🔹I didn't mention 06223/06224 - Shivamogga Town - Renigunta Special because is is not a permanent train

Long distance travellers aren't going to be affected much. But the employees , school children's who depend on these.
