I personally feel Nitish Kumar did a good job in operational development & freight performance of IR during his tenure, though most of the formal inauguration of the projects was done by Lalu Prasad, who got most of the credits.
Lol if you think people voted for these issues, you're delusional. What happened was BJP angered Rajputs and Jats in North and West and INC wooed Dalits with reservations increase plank. All these factors collectively cost the BJP 50 seats in the Hindi belt of Rajasthan, Haryana and UP. Everything else was same as 2014 or 2019.
