Strange then your reply is not reflecting in the statistics above.
Are these occupancy figures end to end only ? For example if they only look at MAS-SBC sector and vice versa definitely occupancy might be good. In the NGP-BSP sector wondering if there is really a scope for having a Vande Bharat ? Maybe a intercity kind of train or Jan Shatabdi kind of train might stand a better chance as compared to fully A/C train?
These are not real occupancies to Guage success of the train. At any given point of run time they should be 80-90% seats occupied inside the train otherwise the revenue earned per coach(base fare should be consisered) will be less then that of 3AC duronto coach at base fare. Ex the base fare of VB on Vskp SC is 1206 and that of 3AC is 943 for Godavari,1060 for Duronto. The more the number of travellers get down and get in at intermediate stations (should be min 200) more the revenue.
