Yes as per Railway Minister Video Kavach will be able to detect signal even at 130kmph which us vis8bke I screen inside the Loco pilot cabin.it will take atleast 3 years for imemtation on tracks, locos, testing, training and general operations.

Total 8 rakes of 20C are rolled out and 7 are up running in different routes. 8th Rake NGP SC 20C replaced with 8 coach of SCR is not alloted to any route and resting now as per the circular issued on Dec 28th. VSKP SC 20 coach rake is sent directly from ICF Chennai as brand new rake.
Ok. But that's what was released in press. But as you say when I checked sc-ngpfor tiday it is showing 1000 seats vacant means it is running with 20 coach. In that case one rake might be kept buffer stock I guess.

No it was mentioned in one of the press releases that one rake be transferred from CR to ECor. But VSKP- SC is allotted with fresh 20 rake it seems. And SC-NGP is still running with 20coaches as per chart. But old 16rake of VSKP-SC Vande Bharat is now allotted to SC-VSKP VB
