Because slot at one direction is not free between NFK & KDPR . 15712 can run 3days but 15711 can't run , So 15711's slot needs to be changed then daily run seems possible too
This train cancel run triweekly on SUNDAY,TUESDAY,THRUSDAY...It can be possible if local leaders can force railway
But on Mon , Wed , Fri it can smoothly run till NFK but after NFK it has to face Overtake by Darjeeling Mail & Jogbani Exp both which will make its TT super slacky
So better to allocate a new slot than to slow it down
