I recently had the opportunity to travel from MAS to BNC, with two of my mates in 22625.
I might even pen a travelogue soon.
Well, why choose 22625 ?
Well, 20607 and 12007 depart a tad too early for me and my pals, and Brindavan though a legendary train, is still a Superfast. Hence chose 22625 for the novelty factor....

Believe it or not, this was the first time I got a chance to be onboard a AC DD.
My opinions:-
1. The train has non AC boarding options too! My mind was blown.
2. The train is the last option for SBC bound travelers, even lesser passenger priority when compared to Brindavan. Still runs jam-packed !
3. Man, those AC seats in AC DDs are uncomfortable, even the CC in normal intercities are better.
4. Lastly, this train has clearly seen better days.
After experiencing this journey, an interesting yet persistent thought has continuously plagued my mind.
What if 22625 was shifted to TBM instead of Central. This way a whole area of Chennai will be able to seamlessly avail a morning superfast to Bengaluru.
I think a 06:40 departure from TBM would be perfect, and additional stoppages at Egmore and Perambur would have to be added.
What is your opinion fellow members ?
I am very interested to hear your thoughts on the same.
