Not only for NWR but for all zones... it's just because of MPS in different zones which is very less, we see many 110 and little with 130.... but now that most of them would have MPS of 130, who knows? In the upcoming days, or months or atmost in a year we could see most of the zones with atleast 130 as the MPS for double lines and maybe for 110 in single lines....ЁЯСНЁЯСН let's just wait and see...ЁЯСНЁЯСН
