Images from BadShah Nagar. It's the most important sub urban station in Lucknow and one that is in the most mess. The second platform isn't ready and total of only three rail tracks exist. Other suburban stations like Lucknow City or Daliganj Jn have more space but no passengers. Do see the amount of water that has leaked during torrential rainfall. Oh, and that bucket image is the railways trying to do rainwater harvesting.

Delhi Sarai Rohilla is the west bound terminal of Delhi. Trains bound towards Rewari, Jaipur side are usually routed from here. Connectivity/Facilities available at this station are not too good when compared to NDLS. This station has a small halt station next to it[basically in it's premises] called VKIP whose SB has been linked.

Yes, it lies close to it. Ironically I have seen more passengers deboarding at Palam than Delhi Cantt. Trains usually slowed down at Palam while taking the loop[since the main up line was blocked by freight usually] and passengers would whoosh down from the running train. Heck, in many cases, the train would completely grind to a halt for couple of minutes despite there being a clear green signal.

Images include the stretch b/w DLI and NDLS. A snap showing two TBs of Shivaji Bridge is also visible. The Tejas raked version of Bombay Rajdhani is seen been shunted to the NDLS platform.

These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
