I was on board the 17057 Devagiri Express, coach B4. I was traveling between Secunderabad and Lingampalli on January 11, 2025. I was with my grandfather, who is an ex-railway employee and pass-holder, so I did not have a ticket. When the train was passing through Chandanagar, around 4 PM, a group of three children, aged approximately 12-15, were on the platform. The train had a yellow signal and was moving slowly. One child concealed a small tree branch. Another child signaled the first to hit me, and he swung the branch, hitting me as I stood at the door. They had targeted previous coaches as well. They may have been trying to hit people with phones; thankfully, I wasn't holding mine. I tried to file a complaint on Railmadad, but I lacked a PNR or UTS number, preventing submission. My grandfather, a retired SWR employee from the Bangalore region, couldn't assist. What can I do?
