Friends will be traveling on this train tomorrow to Margao. I usually drive once or twice a month to Goa but this time decided to take the train. Will be returning back on saturday from Karwar on 16524. Hope to bring you all some live updates. Will be staying at Palolem but will visit Agonda and maybe temples around Ponda. Thanks.

In layman language, CBC rake is a rake in which the coaches are coupled with each other akin to how the coaches of goods train are. So practically more jerks during the journey. Trains like Kaveri exp and TN exp have CBC coupling. A vast majority of the train have the screw coupling.

Malgudi express which belongs to SWR shares rake with Kaveri express. So technically yes, we do have one SWR train having CBC rake although the rake belongs to SR/MAS division.
