I have travelled in 16346 Netravathy express from thrissur to thalassery last week. I was travelling with my family in sleeper class and pantry persons was supplying tea/coffee and other snacks items. My co passenger ordered for a tea and they charged Rs.7 for it. After some time I have ordered for 3 tea and the supplier demanded Rs.24 (ie, Rs.8 for 1 tea). Then I asked How it can be 24? Then he told me to give Rs.21. Why railway is not publishing food rates ? The suppliers are demanding whatever rates comes in his mind. They are actually looting the passengers. Is there any way to solve this issue?
