members raised various suggestions for improvement including introducing new trains, increasing frequency of existing trains, resuming trains stopped during the COVID pandemic, increasing station amenities, and overall passenger comfort. The meeting also highlighted achievements of West Central Railway, including completion of 161 km of new track, doubling, and tripling, 15 stations receiving 'Eat Right Station' accreditation, and 34 stalls operating across 28 stations under the 'One Station One Product' scheme. The General Manager highlighted initiatives like adding lifts, escalators, foot over bridges, coach guidance systems, disabled-friendly facilities, ATMs, train information boards, and 'Amrit Kaks' (Amrit Rooms) at stations. The General Manager assured the members that the suggestions will be taken seriously and acted upon.

Members ne alag-alag suggestions diye, jaise ki new trains chalane ke liye, existing trains ki frequency badhane ke liye, COVID ke samay band hui trains ko fir se start karne ke liye, station facilities ko improve karne ke liye aur overall passenger comfort ke liye. Meeting mein West Central Railway ki achievements bhi highlighted hui, jismein 161 km new track, doubling aur tripling ke completion, 15 stations ko 'Eat Right Station' accreditation milna aur 'One Station One Product' scheme ke under 28 stations par 34 stalls chalana shamil hai. General Manager ne stations par lift, escalator, foot over bridges, coach guidance systems, disabled-friendly facilities, ATMs, train information boards aur 'Amrit Kaks' (Amrit Rooms) jaise initiatives ke baare mein bataya.
