It won't be that easy but maybe possible, also what if even KRCL is interested for the same thing i.e. transportation of coal and others from Vasco to Karnataka but in return they agree that even passengers trains will be taken care of and everything. But it won't be possible mainly because lot of meaning lot of freight movement is there from Vasco to Karnataka as well as in reverse to export from ships and it becomes easy if it is under a single division rather than split because then there will be slot issues for transfer from one zone to other. Remove the freight part then it was okay but Braganza Ghat carries mostly freight traffic rather than passengers and it will be more difficult for SWR is it comes under KRCL and they won't let it slip instead they will agree to people maybe even do everything what everyone...
