Traveled by this train on 15th August 2023 in 1A. Well, the coach was very old. But cleanliness was impeccable . However, there were shortcomings

1) No shower was there, which I was expecting being a first class passenger
2) Air conditioning wasnt working properly either. Nothing much improved even after repeated complaints & even tweeting

Train maintained a delay of 3+ hours till Patna. However , reached HWH with a delay of 90 Mins

Ordered all my foods from eCatering. Hence, cant speak about on board food

Traveled by this train on 11th August 2023. Train was neat & clean. But journey after HW is time consuming. We were looped in the mid of jungle for crossing with multiple trains including Vande Bharat.

And yes, OLD DELHI station is horrible. No facilities, no food court. Everything here is a mess. Avoid DLI at all costs

Traveled by this train on 10th August 2023 from NJP to NDLS. Train was mostly on time, cleanliness was good. But food was average as we all know food quality of all premium trains are degrading day by day

Only reasons for me to travel by this train again in future will be:-
