I stay near MAJN and see these trains and that's the reason I interfere whenever someone posts such rubbish information that there's no demand and all that. Now I wouldn't even bother to comment about trains from Surat since I don't know what happens there. I comment only on subjects that I am aware of like the ones related to Mangalore. Like Holi special, Xmas special, Diwali special, Kumbh Mela Special, Anganewadi special, Ambedkar Jayanthi special etc., Can you prove that the so-called 99.5% seats have been booked by people attending that program? Why should I? I didn't say that trains from Surat don't get crowded or don't have any patronage. You are raising this silly issue here. Not me. The train doesn't have a halt at Surat and it's justified. This train is to serve Coastal Karnataka and that's what it's doing. There are trains like KCVL DDN, KCVL ASR etc which skip Surat as well.
