Nopes. There was some rail blockage by locals in between Gaya and Dhanbad from 12 mid night, 11th feb as announced in Gaya station (I forgot the exact name of the station, where it happened)

So we are not getting : Fruit juice as welcome drink; veg sandwich in snacks; apple, fish cutlet and potato chips in starter; salad, papad in dinner.

Also dairy milk is replaced by eclairs in snacks and juice is replaced by apple in breakfast. And all these happened even after the fare increase!

It is 1A. Railway ministry changed the menu from 17th oct, 2013 after the latest fare increase (increase in catering charges)
