Mumbai Cheenai express 12163 Train Departure date is 28 jan from Mumbai Central & i am going to catch same train from Pune but date will get changed its 29 Jan.
If i want to book tatkal train ticket for the same then as per rules before 48 hrs means i have to book the train ticket on 26. Is this correct please suggest your opinion. i just want to know on which date shall i book the tatkal train ticket if train will departs from his orginal station on 28 Jan. Kindly reply at the earliest.

yes they are served but like other trains you have to pay for the pantry service
