Dont say Bihar was not given Shatabdi. IIRC, Patna-HWH Shatabdi had to be converted to Jan Shatabdi due to lack of patronage. Premium trains like VB initially should run only on profitable routes with sufficient premium travellers. That's why people here are demanding for making NGP-BSP VB a 8-coacher from 16 coacher

I guess it will go via JBO, ET, BOL following the route of Amarkantak Exp b/w Katni and Bhopal. In that way it will be able to touch JBP, ET both pulling more crowd

The route via JBP, ET is only 24km longer than the route via Bina. So, makes sense to go via JBP, ET

It is Duronto, doesn't make sense to have stops both at Vizianagaram and Simhachalam, within a distance of 51km. There is no problem in filling the train, so unnecessary stops should be avoided.
But yes, Simhachalam can replace Vizianagaram as a stop.

It is happening in some trains. You had option of claiming full refund if you did not like 3E option. But if you are already traveling, IRCTC will return 3A-3E fare difference to your original payment source (bank account, card, etc)
