dear all can someone help me. I plan to visit goa this new year. I am going from kacheguda and alighting at madgaon. Can someone tell me if there are taxis available from madgaon station to panaji. How much will it cost as well.

You will get taxi's from madgaon station. when you exit platform 1, you have prepaid taxi booth. you can take a taxi from there. It may cost anything between Rs.600/ to Rs. 1000/ depending on the place you go. Goans are very helpful people. They will guide you. There no two wheelers available on rent at the station, but you will get them once you check in your hotel or in local market. Going to vasco will not fetch you anything instead it will time consuming journey. The taxi fares are almost same from madgaon or vasco. happy journey and enjoy your new year.
