its good to see that this is started.
But this express train takes more time than passenger train for the journey from MIRAJ - PARLI VAIJNATH.
I think the train schedule is not correct

It is a special train speed may increase after it will become regular.
from when will this train ll be divertd via ypr-hubli-miraj permntly as said in rail budget 2011??

There are no new projects to Kolhapur Miraj.
It is high time people from this region t o come together and raise their demands.
There should be a new division at Miraj because Pune and Solapur divisions are not bothered about this region

Miraj Pune line totally neglected no new trains no new projects!
Parabhani Mudkhed line is going to be doubled Marathwada has strong system working for there region.Western Maharashtra also require such system
only good thing is some surveys are proposed like connecting Kolhapur to Konkan railway but it to be a reality there should be strong political will and agitations by people of this region otherwise so called developed area will become under developed!

Even expected Kolhapur Hyderabad train via pvr kwv is not there i think it is because both Solapur and pune divisions of CR not require it !!

look the list of summer specials on central railway
1 no trains on miraj pune route
2 only budget declared kolhapur nagpur is declared as special which will later run as regular - (not a big dill this, solapur division was demanding solapur nagpur train but thanks god mamata made it kop-nag)
3 many trains to punr and solapur(divisional headquarters nanded )

Ahemadabad - yashwantpur is via hubli bijapur not via Pune - Miraj.
I suggest CR should run special trains on
1 KOP hyderabad via miraj kwv sur/lur
2 Kop Pune superfast covering the distance in 6to 6 1/2 hr
