Why is WR thinking only Labour Class Living in Surat which travels to Bihar Only? Like Last Year no Reserved Train was given or announced just announced Unreserved trains to Bihar Only or to be specific just for 3 cities Jaynagar, Bhagalpur, and Chhapra. is nobody living in other cities or state travellers in Surat
