my views...
1. KGM-Bandra daily express is totally genuine, and will prove to be a hit like Ranikhet & Bagh.
2. Passanger service should not be introduced new but LKU-BC should be extended.
3. KGM-Madurai Weekly is also a cool choice but railway is planning to add slip coaches from LKU to Gorakhpur Yeshvantpur Superfast Ex(via Lucknow, Bhopal, Nagpur, Secunderabad) in Lucknow. if...
more... this proposal comes to be true both will clash each other's efficiency.
4. As heared, Aala Hazrat Express will be extended to Lalkuan after BE-BC broad guage. no need then a different train to Ahmedabad or Gujrat.
5. Lucknow Intercity will also be a super hit like Sampark Kranti to Delhi. a daily daytime train to lucknow.
6. no need to start to new train to Delhi in daytime as there are already 2, but must add more 2S coaches to Sampark Kranti and CC to Shatabdi.
7. If a new Intercity is going to run to lucknow, it need not to be daily, but 5 day lucknow 2 day dehradun will be sufficient with Rake Sharing. or 4/3 can be also good. but there is not that much rush on DDN route as on Bareilly-Lucknow or Delhi-Moradabad.
8 & 9 Express to Varanasi and Allahabad could run on alternate days, 4 days to Varanasi for Lucknow, Rae Bareli, Jaunpur Varanasi, Purvanchal region, and 3 Days to Allahabad for Lucknow, Unnao, Kanpur, Doab & Allahabad Region. again 1 less day for Allahabad will be balanced by weekly KGM-CNB garib rath running now.
10. as SF to south will go through Bhopal, and another express from Lalkuan is going to connect Agra, no need of this.
11. this train should be run by cancelling Lalkuan-Amritsar AC express that proved to be a total flop. i.e. Lalkuan-Amritsar AC express must be Lalkuan/KGM-Amritsar Express with non AC coaches.
i give Green Flag to 1,2,5,8,9 & 11 and red one to 3,4,6,7, 10
and add one of mine to this wish list, that is a weekly SF with only AC coaches or Garib Rath to Delhi at night-time. preferred day Saturday from KGM and Sunday from Delhi.
