Instead of messing up 12626 train TT if they want to follow the best ZBTT would be for the train to leave TVC at 10:00 AM and arrive NDLS at 10:00 AM (1 hr 15 mins speeded up) and then return to leave at 16:00 PM to arrive TVC at 16:00 PM (48 hours) - and then go for PM for 16:30 PM from next day 09:30 AM and SM at NDLS from 10:30 AM to 15:30 PM , in that case if it gets delayed during fog it does not have to arrive TVC at midnight

I never knew that , I thought night 20:00 is bottleneck as train arrive from yard and depart in 15 mins (it hardly stands in NDLS lol)
At around 16 multiple trains to east depart from Delhi, VBs to North and SF etc
You need 8-10 hrs gap in New Delhi for PM. 6 hrs for PM and 2 hrs for PF berthing and stabling in pit line further 1-2 hrs gap should be given to avoid rescheduling everyday even for 30-60 mins late as IR is very famous for its punctuality of normal SF trains.. Arrival at 1000 dep at 1900-2000 would be good or 2nd option 700 arrival 1600 dep at New Delhi is also better.
You are nt understanding the point. The dep at 19:00 or 20:00 is bad for such a long distance cause if its gettingd delayed its covering KL at night and arriving TVC at midnight . The purpose of serving the region from KPD to TVC is ruined.
Somehow if they manage to allow the train to leave at 16:55 before Telengana express would be a perfect slot for this train to cover KL and reach TVC before late evening.

I agree to the last sentence, arrival at 07:00 AM in NDLS along with other sound indian gang and departure before telengana would be the best
