Indeed. Anyways one good thing they can do is, changing the TT, both the sides. So, that we can reach the destination with some proper sleep and take city buses or metros to avoid getting looted from Autowalas. Both in Chennai and Bengaluru. Right now, Kaveri express from SBC to MAS has the good TT like this. Only thing is no LHB for that. :(
high time kaveri gets LHB + speedup + removal of some stops at ghost times!

Wait and see till the date of last run. They may extend for another 6 months all last minute decisions in IR. All temporary halts are not listed in next 6 months for many trains.
