That is Parsik Tunnel and when the train bypasses Parsik Tunnel, it goes through Mumbra , a sub-urban station of Mumbai
Yes there are 6 lines between LTT to Kalyan 1 to 4th lines used for Fast Slow Emu Local in Up down direction some Mail Express trains also run on 3Rd 4th line mainly CSMT Dadar bound but 5th , 6th line only for mainly LTT bound Mail Express and Goods train 1 to 4th line goes via Mumbra Kalva and 5th , 6th line bypasses Mumbra Kalva and goes through Parsik Hill
