Crew changes at HIJ,GMO,DDU,CNB in Purushottam Express

I have doubt that Purushottam's crew changes at Tatanagar. Because I've heard from somewhere that after Hijli crew changes at Gomoh.

If crew changes at these places then it looks balanced with 6-8hrs shift of crew and effective utilization of manpower. The crew can have adequate rest for 4-8hrs and take next shift back to base station.

I have a doubt. Data calculated here is shown on the basis of reservation point or on the basis of boarding point?
Like if someone wants to board from gaya, he might select the reservation point as koderma. So the person will be counted in gaya or koderma?

It's the quota thats suppressing figures post GNWL starting from TATA. TATA itself utilties most of it's quota leaving few for the rest. People from PRR have to prefer Adra, Asansol and Bokaro for New Delhi bond as regional connectivity is good and confirmed seats are easier to reserve.

I am from Tata and I book from Ghatsila instead of tata quota even 2 months before. Because it is in GNWL and I get 100% confirm ticket. But never possible from tata quota, for me.
