The most favourite train of Malayalis living in Kochi going for Bengaluru and vice versa soon going to be LHBfied soon.

Brand new LHB 2S coaches of 2024 alloted for 12677/78 Ernakulam KSR Bengaluru intercity was parked at Ambattur along with new rakes of SL and UR for 22643/44 ERS Patna Biweekly(via Asansol), 16335/36 Nagercoil Gandhidham weekly and 16733/34 Rameshwaram Okha express as well.

I took some risk as well to capture pics since Ambattur is an busy station for local train and express traffic however I manage to take pics at middle of the sick line where another empty rake was stabled there.

Tejas, khaas karke, kam passengers aur frequency kam hone ke wajah se nuksan mein chal rahi hai. Yeh Rajdhani aur Shatabdi Express ke kam kiraye aur similar facilities hone ke wajah se hai. Passengers Tejas ko ek option ke jaise dekhte hain. Tejas ki frequency kam zyada ki gayi hai pandemic ke baad. 2019 se 2022 ke beech kam passengers ke wajah se isko 5 baar band kiya gaya tha. Lakhnau-Nayi Delhi route pe Tejas ko 2019-20 mein ₹2.33 crore ka faida hua tha, lekin 2020-21 mein ₹16.69 crore aur 2021-22 mein ₹8.50 crore ka nuksan hua tha. Pandemic ke baad passengers badhne par Tejas ki halat thik ho jaayegi.

In my opinion, railways could start a new Rajdhani from SBC to NDLS via Hubli, Miraj, Pune, Vasai to NDLS.

Can leave SBC at 22:00 PM , Hubballi at 03:30 AM , Dharward at 03:55 AM , Belgavi at 05:35 AM , Miraj at 07:30 AM , Pune at 11:55 AM , Panvel at 14:45 PM , vasai at 16:00 PM , to reach NDLS at 07:00 AM and return with the same time with PM at SWR/SBC

Would be a good train. Infact, it makes sense to make the train or current Rajdhani go via UBL considering its for KA but would lose SC pax so that cant happen so a new train would be good
