As far as i remember, it was in Shreyansh Jain's vlogs, wherein he has described that after RSA of Shram Shakti, its quality/interiors have deteriorated.
SGAC ICE is nothing but a way of clearing space at NDLS. In comparison augmenting an ICE with 2A/ 3A which does not have rsa with an overnight is not something usual in IR I suppose.
Even I'll prefer SL and 3A in ICE when given an option, but 2A seems to be weird.
यहाँ पर train no 20452/51 Sogaria New Delhi Intercity Express की बात चल रहीं हैं, जिसकी Reserved AC Seats काफी हद तक खाली जाती है, पर General coach हमेशा full रहते हैं, इसलिए इसके route में थोड़ा सा परिवर्तन करना चाहिए, जिससे यात्री भार में थोड़ा सा फायदा हो सकता है, इस train को New Delhi से Kota तक चलाना चाहिए via Delhi Cantt. Gurgaon, Alwar, Bandikui, Dausa
Gangapur City, Sawai Madhopur, Lakheri.

Din ki train ko chlte kisi bhi route se Ac me seat nhi bharegi. Pr fir bhi isme AC me aachi khaasi booking hoti h specially Saturday, Sunday ko.
