The 12180 and 12179 Agra Fort special trains to Lucknow will not run on August 14th. The 15084 Farrukhabad - Chhapra express, which departs from Farrukhabad on August 6th and 7th, will be delayed by 15 minutes. The 12512 Kochuveli - Gorakhpur express, departing from Kochuveli on August 11th, will be delayed by two hours at Central Station. The 19401 Sabarmati BG - Lucknow express, departing from Sabarmati BG on August 12th, will be controlled and run for 65 minutes until Central Station. On August 14th, the 12589 Gorakhpur - Secunderabad express will run through Gorakhpur, Ayodhya Dham, Ayodhya Cantt, Sultanpur, Pratapgarh, Prayagraj, and Central stations, but will not stop at Gonda, Barabanki, Badshahnagar, or Aishbagh stations. The Avadh Express 19038, traveling from Barauni Junction to Bandra Terminus, had a spring break in its M-2 coach. The TXR team investigated at Central Station but couldn't replace the spring there, so the train was sent on with a caution of 60 km per hour. A youth was removed from the Swarna Shatabdi Express after causing a disturbance. He had been drinking and started causing trouble on the train. The RPF apprehended him at Central Station and filed a case. This resulted in the train departing from Central Station with a delay.

Due to maintenance work in the Lucknow division, 35 trains will be affected from August 6 to 15. The inter-locking work at Jaitipur station in Kanpur has led to changes in train schedules.
