Despite the missing pin, the train traveled over 1100 km without experiencing any jolts or jerks. Although no passengers were injured in the incident, the lack of the tertiary pin posed a significant safety risk. As a result, the Senior Section Engineer and the MCM in Darbhanga have been suspended, and further disciplinary action may be taken against other officials.
