Online site pe toh ticket kabhi miltey nahin hain..
Atleast pity d poor people, who save Rs. 20 by booking on counters as compared to online..

Jo log PC, internet connection use nahi karte vo tkt booking ke liye naya PC to nahi kharidege....wo cyber cafe(online)or agent through hi jaayenge......ek to prs counter pe khade rehke extra paisa dalo ya cyber cafe jake extra money west karo.....Baat ek hi hai......

long overdue. I always thought online tickets should have at least some discount (even if Rs50 per ticket) to encourage people to buy online. Railways can then utilize the additional staff elsewhere

Then they should not levy any service charge as levied by IRCTC on etkts. However this is not a sane idea by Rlys as good number of travelling public does not know about etkt booking.will rly reconsider this idea
