Its a good decision for some trains Liek Bhubaneswar to Banglore premium , BBS- Pune premium which are running with less demand.

The alogarithm for premium was not released by railway board.
the prices will remain same in the day as long as the tickets dont cross 99 number.

Completely agree. Even though they have stops at big stations like VSKP, BZA, SC/RU, these trains are failing to draw crowd.
