Yeh survey railway ki website per tha and the price of bedroll in this survey started with Rs. 60, It means that railway ne khud hi decide kiya tha ki apko kam se kam 60 rupees to dene honge agar railway free of cost ka option rakhta to almost 90% i think isko hi select karte because as we know ki railway service or facility dene ke naam per kitna bhi paisa le service ki halat nahin sudharne wali. So be ready to pay for dirty bedroll in future
