So, what difference remains between Model Station Scheme and Station Redevelopment Program ??

Model station must have certain parameters laid down : to have so and so facilities... Like Escalators and more ...
Where as "Station Redevelopment" could be to bring it to usable state so that passengers are served minimum basic needs...
