China has single goal, and that is development, expansion. economically militarily, politically... China has single authority to decide everything under sky.
India has 'scattered goals' : world Guru in spirituality... World guru in Ayurveda , world guru in Culture, and world guru in Political system... Though non of these are working as desired,
All the developmental work happens if single decisive power is there, and fortunately this loksabha has clear mandate to one party, but not as effective as to make constitutional changes...
