Luddites will always oppose this project, it's their job. Even introducing of computer faced a mass opposition from trade unions as they feared that this Computer thing will increase unemployment.

Politicians on Quora is nothing new. Canada's PM Mr Justin Trudeau is one of the politicians who is active on Quora.
In India, before Mr Goyal, it was Mr Gajendra S Shekhawat, MP from Rajasthan who was present on Quora. But considering the answers that they write, it can't be said with full confidence whether ministers themselves write those answers. Moreover, there have been an answer on Quora by some anonymous person, who claimed that Mr Shekhawat has a dedicated social media team which does this Quora and twitter work on his name and they take interns too.
