It means a circular journey ticket or break journey ticket for air condition classes is reinstated. Coz as per my knowledge, they abolished for ac classes and it is allowed only in sleeper classes
It is not the same thing. A CJT or through ticket gives passengers the advantage of lower fares through IR's telescopic fare structure. Linking two PNRs that have already been booked does not appear to be a case of providing passengers lower fares - just a reduction in the amount of inconvenience they will face if they miss a train due to late running of the previous train.
