Villagers and less educated peoples actually misunderstands this type of News!! And these news are very common now a days.
After reading this type of news, I saw/heard people demanding sub-way at their respective locations as it just takes 6 hrs!!
Many people don't understand, that the pre-work is done from minimum 2 months, concrete structures are prepared and kept ready. And if we go into the tender process, it takes about 6 months in all, and not 6 hrs.. Its just a block of 6 hrs that is being taken.
