Ouch! There are too many workers with IR more interested in doing protests rather than raising the bar and accepting challenges and meeting more earning opportunities. They may be right. After all some of them borrowed heavily to pay for the IR job while wanting to not work. The benefits like housing, medicals, free travels, free education for children and pension!!! are too overwhelming. ?

But they will still get these benefits as they will still be IR employee. They will only be deputed there. Also they will get quarterly honorarium too. Neither the CMD/CEO will have power to suspend them. Its just that they wont be able to do mauj masti as present. They will have to show results.

At the moment, it seems like that. Actually RM himself must act to stop such nonsense. Another chunk of IR non-performers or under-performers on a consistent basis is TCs and TTEs. When they are on duty, they just become Mr. India invisible. Still they continue to get all the perks and raises. LOL. People impersonating TCs were caught by RPF at Thane while official TCs were "not available for duty" but present alright in the IR's muster. That prompted CR to employ QR verification cards for TCs for the "benefit" of passengers. LOL. People who have govt. job don't work, and the number of persons wanting such jobs is simply growing!!!!!
