It already has a first AC from past one year. Is it another First AC coach ?
Im not sure, if from what im understanding it IS probably augmentation of H2 Coach, either that or H1 will be removed after this period.
It is just extension of period for which the First AC coach would be temporarily augmented. As per previous PR, it was till 30.04.2023. Now extended from 30.04.2023 to 02.11.2023 ex - UBL.
