25% LDCE ke through promotion, 10% quota se dusre department mein jaane ka rasta khula, sabhi department mein female employees ke liye dress changing rooms aur toilets ka provision, Amrit Bharat Yojana ke tahat sabhi railway colonies ka chahardiwari aur aadhunikikaran, sabhi railway hospitals mein CMP doctors ki sankhya badhana, minor surgeries ko tie-up hospital mein refer karna, medical reimbursements ka samayik payment, retirement ke time employees ko aatyadhik bijli bill ka arrear payment karna ki pareshanio ka jaldi hal karna, aur Tatanagar Railway Hospital mein hafte mein ek din ENT doctor ki vyavastha karna. Meeting mein employees ki aur bhi kai samasyao par baat hui.
