technical issue was resolved by 11:15 AM, allowing bookings to resume, but the link remained weak throughout the day. This impacted the reservation process, particularly for reserved tickets. The Chief Public Relations Officer (CPRO) of the Eastern Railway confirmed the incident. Notably, booking clerks were unaware of the server issue until they arrived at their PRIS counters at 8 AM, hindering their ability to book opening tickets. There was no communication from the railway or CRIS to the booking clerks regarding the server glitch.

AM ke baad problem solve ho gaya aur booking shuru hui, lekin pura din link weak raha. Isse reserved ticket ki booking par bahut impact pada. Eastern Railway ka CPRO ne yeh baat confirm kiya hai. Subah aath baje jab booking clerk apne PRS counter par pahunche, toh unhe is problem ka pata chala. Is wajah se woh opening tickets bhi book nahi kar paye. Railway ya CRIS ne is server problem ke baare mein booking clerks ko koi information nahi di.
