Accha hi hai, Railway Budget ki promises kaunsi piri hoti thi. Sitamarhi se Garib Rath Lalu Yadav ne apne tenure k Budhet me announce kiya tha per aaj tak nahi chali or nahi lagta ki kabhi chalegi. Accha hai bund ho jayye Rail Budget, kumse kum loog to bewakoof nahi banege.
